You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter - say where you think you left the papers - explain why they are so important - tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam, I am Yatharth Vaishnani, writing
this
letter to ask a favour in finding and returning some important documents that I forgot at your hotel during my stay
last
weekend. I attended the Healthcare seminar held at The Grand Bhagvati hotel and I recently found out that I am missing my rental insurance papers. As far as I remember, I mostly used the desk when I was working in my room (i.e., B-404) and I am certain that the documents must be in one of the drawers of that table, which I forgot to check at the time of checking out. They are very important for me to file for a travel expense reimbursement at my company and without those papers, I will have to pay for the rental car expense by myself. So, I would like to request a favour to find those documents for me and send them to my home address,
that is
392 Charles Street, Malden, Massachusetts, 02148, as soon as possible. You may either add the postal expenses to my hotel bill or I can send you the money through an electronic payment to make it quick. Please let me know your preference along with
further
steps. Thank you in advance! Yours sincerely, Yatharth

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
