Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing
this
letter to complain about some documents
which I sent last
week via your service did not arrive at the destination place.
These papers are vital for my visa
extension and I cannot extend my visa
status without presenting those documents
. Although
I can understand some delays because of the weather condition , I need to present hard copies to the visa
officer .
I put my official work permit and house agreement in one large envelope and labelled "VISA
extension". I also
included my current address and the Embassy address as well. However
, I forgot to mention my mobile phone number .
I would like you to trace my documents
where they were stuck if it is possible . I will really appreciate your help because I do not have much time to resubmit my documents
again.
I am looking forward to hearing from you .
Yours faithfully,
