 in the town of Norbiton has planned to develop in the future. Overall, there was considerable growth in the size of Norbiton's industrial

 as it is dominantly filled by housing, commercial as well as service buildings.

, there have been significant changes in infrastructure and facilities in the development planned.

, there are only factories in the current field of Norbiton. In the north of the factory, there’s farmland separated by the river it
