A few individuals think that employees should be selected through
interviews
. And others argue that they say that other way of methods will be better

essay I will explain both points of view along with relevant examples. On the one hand, significant numbers of people say that face-to-faceface
interviews
are effective,because of
this
method employers can talk and ask, questions face-to-faceface.
Moreover
, human resource management and higher administration can
also
monitor those candidates' confidence levels and personalities.Having with
interview
closely the employer
also
examines any physical conditions of
this
potential candidate. To cite an example, vast numbers of multinational, companies selected employees through the
interviews
such
as Apple,Google and Amazon etc.
On the other hand
, some people believe that
instead
of face-to-face , an
interview
there are
also
effective methods
such
as Zoom
interviews
and telephone
interviews
.
Furthermore
,writing exams is one of the most used methods,
such
as email writing. Another type of test
that is
more common in a job
interview
is an intelligence test which measures about candidate's intelligence level.
For example
, huge accounts of private and Governmental institutions have been using
this
method for selecting the appropriate employee. In my opinion, I would say that both are effective, but the face-to-face
interview
is more efficient, because of a live
interview
and it is one of the ways employer can observe other qualities
such
as computer skills like Ms word, Powerpoint and so on.After
this
,inspecting all sides live
interview
is the best and most appropriate method.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
