Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing
this
letter in order to complain about the difficulties I have faced on a train
while
travelling from London to Manchester.
I would like to tell you that I was using this
train
service on 10th January 2023 at 10 am from London Train
station and my seat number was C6 in cabin number 5.
The first thing I would like to draw your attention to is cleanliness . My seat was near to washrooms but it was difficult to seat
there owing to the unpleasant smell coming from the washroom. When I went to use the bathroom I saw that Verb problem

this
area was not cleaned for a long time. In addition
, some crew members were rude in behaviour. Instead
of assisting ,passengers they were yelling at customers which was totally unacceptable.
I would be grateful if you could take serious steps against these issues. Firstly
, assign someone who will check the cleaning of the train
every day. Moreover
, you should take strict action against members who are not working properly.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
