A friend is considering buying a house nearby, but you have decided to leave the area due to a rise in crime. Write a letter to your friend advising them not to move into the neighbourhood. In your letter: - Recommend that your friend not go ahead with the purchase - Give the reasons behind your decision to leave - Suggest possible alternative areas that you know
Dear Franklin,
I'm concerned about your plan of achieving a property in the same neighbourhood as mine, I'm writing to give you a piece of advice about
this
matter, as the number of crimes sharp increased last
semester, moving here maybe is not a good idea.
Most residents of the city centre are horrified with so many assassinates registered for the authorities. The traffic is disputing the area, and those who are involved in the business are being chased until being killed by gangsters hired for drug dealers. For this
reason, I'm moving to the suburbs as an alternative to cope with this
reality and I really recommend you do the same, as these areas are more quiet and far from traffic interests.
At the moment, I strongly recommend you think about this
issue and abort the idea of purchasing a house here. It won't be safe for you and your wife to hang around without protection, as the police are not effective in number to reduce these occurrences. Contact me if you need assistance in your search for a place,
I look forward to hearing your decision,
Best wishes,
