Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment with my laptop that I brought

year from your showroom centre. To be precise, I was using

laptop for my work and it helped me a lot but now the keyboards are not working and I am unable to type the correct words.

, the battery lasted at least 6 hours after charging when I start using it but now the battery is not good and I can use it for only two hours and I need to recharge it every two hours. As per above mention, re-typing and checking every single word when typing make my work progress more hindrance.
In addition
, charging frequently is not convenient for me when I attend meetings or if I don’t have a chance to charge the computer when I used it on-site. As per checking my invoice, it still lefts one year warranty and I would be grateful if your service centre could amend it by replacing it with a new keyboard and battery.
