Dear Thesa, I am writing from the Amda organisation about the event that you have recently managed for us.It was at the Sheraton hotel in downtown Saigon and was held the other week on the 23rd on the 4th floor in the reception area. There were some issues during the meeting that you could have foreseen in my opinion.
Firstly
, the catering was late and few dishes appealed to attendees. We are a local organisation but most of the food was western.
Additionally
,we tried to reach your company in order to arrange for an extra hour but we could not contact you.
This
was extremely unprofessional. In my point of view,you should address these problems immediately by ensuring that you have catered
accordingly
to the taste of the company or organisation that you are representing.There should
also
be a backup number to deal with any issues that come up during the event. I hope you will be able to make some form of restitution to us for these inconveniences. Please reply promptly. Best regards Axa
