 became less unemployed. Both countries had upward and downward fluctuations during these 07 years and

 1993 and it gradually declined with minor ups and downs from 1994 to 1998 until it

 in securing their jobs has become harder and harder every year. The skyrocketing

 was the lowest in

 1993 (2.5%) but picked up the pace until 1999. With the passing of every year, the unemployed

 kept rising which was less than 4% in

 2994 , a little less than 5% in 1996 and a little over 5% in 1999).
