Nowadays people are living longer and some believe that this can contribute to people’s development. What are the causes of this change? Is it a positive or negative phenomenon?

In the
world
, everybody would like to live long. Because every moment is valuable for people, they try to find the secret of living long from ancient times till nowadays. Some of them discovered elixirs which did not affect even themselves, and some of them were killed in
this
way. But nowadays scientists look for alternative ways to a healthy
life
. Eating healthy foods, staying away from a sedentary lifestyle, and keeping away from bad habits
such
as alcohol, smoking and fast food, can help us to reach our desire. In modern
life
, it is easier to reach a daily routine with advice from professionals. Via social media, we can get information about healthy diets, beneficial foods and exact eating habits.
Also
, we can watch exercise videos and deal with sports even at home by ourselves. Scientists
also
seek
life
on other planets. They estimate that in the future the
world
will become unlivable. But in my ,opinion
instead
of looking for
life
on other planets, it is more accurate to turn our
world
into a better place. We have to take care of the environment, save natural energy sources, and preserve oceans, the atmosphere, trees and animals and we should thank the
world
for all its kindness. And the significant thing for living long is staying away from stress. In modern and swift
life
we fall with different stress factors and they can affect our mood, daily performance and even our health. Stress factors, which sometimes we do not care about, can lead to several diseases and it can even be the main reason for cancer. If we pay attention, everyone tries to find solutions to the damages which we have created during our lives. But we should not forget that we can live without mischief and it is easier than repairing damages. We should love ourselves and our
world
and we should leave a better
world
for our children.
