letter regarding my recent purchase of 43" Smart TV of LG make from your shop last
week. I was so overwhelmed when I saw the demo of this
TV at your store, but mine is not working properly. Allow me to elaborate on my issue here.
Firstly
, I was so eager to about this
television since this
model has been launched by LG, which is turn out to be quite the opposite. When I started the device then
the display was flickering and the sound was quite low even at max level.
When I tried to reach out to your customer service then
they suggested I have to contact the manufacturer for any kind of defects in equipment, which I did not like at all. However
, the product is only a week old and as per your terms and conditions of after-sales, I am eligible for a replacement or a complete refund.
I have attached my invoice and warranty slip along with
this
letter for your reference. I am politely requesting you to give me a new piece of the same model. I also
request you to check with the sales executive to treat customers in the right manner.
