Dear Chairman, I hereby raise a complaint against Mr De Mel, with regards to the noise and disturbance during late nights. I noticed during

few months my neighbour is having late night parties.

has become a habit and I am having difficulties in doing my studies and work.

Although

I have informed him multiple times, I haven't got any positive response.

Therefore

I am raising

this

issue with you to be taken up in the residential committee.

please note the music tracks are played at high volumes and some are exceeding the safe level of sound for the human ear. I would like to suggest that you could consider giving a formal warning letter to the tenant and request to lower the volumes and take some measures on implementing a few ground rules on how to have a party and use sounds in the residential.
