I am writing

letter to you to let you know that I have lost a valuable item during my last
flight a week ago.
My name is Arun Prakash and I lost my costly watch on the flight from Dublin to France. The watch was swiss made and the approximate value is 5000 Uro.
I was keeping my watch in a small hand pouch and I found that the pouch was stolen in the airport queue. I informed airport security regarding the issue and they told me that they will check the CCTV and let me know the details later .
I am a policyholder in your insurance company and I would like to claim my policy on the lost item as early as possible.
I kindly request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

Structure your letter
A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:
- A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
- The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
- A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)

All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
