Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing
this
letter in regard to an event that took place in bus transit on 7 February around 2 p.m.
While
I was travelling back home from the station. As I got onto the bus the fair pass was not scanning, which lead me to buy a ticket even though I had a monthly pass. When I tried to talk to the driver about
this
he just brushed me off and asked me to buy a ticket or get off.
Moreover
, the interaction I had with the conductor was not at all appealing. I ended up feeling humiliated. And
furthermore
, I had to pay the extra money which was unnecessary considering I already pay for a monthly pass. For situations like these price for a ride should be cancelled as it is not the fault of the rider . More inspection of the machines should be done to check if they are working or not as it will reduce the issues like
this
happening. I hope that you will work on avoiding
this
problem. Yours Sincerely, Sonam Mehra
