Mrs Barrett, an English Speaking woman who live in your town, has advertised for someone to help her in her home for a few hours a day next summer. Suggest how can you help her in her home Say why you would like to do this work Explain when you will and will not be available
Dear Mrs Barrett,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing
this
letter for the requirement you published in the newspaper. My name is Manpreet Kaur, and I have recently migrated to your city last
week. After being through the requirements advertised by you, I feel I am an eligible candidate for the type of work you are looking for as I can both cook meals for more than 20 guests, and besides
that, I can help you with other household chores.
As you have stated that your daughter and her family will be visiting you during the summer and it will be difficult for you to do work and attend to them, so I would love to help you during that time
. I can cook different types of cuisines in very less time
. Additionally
, I get along with
kids very well, which will help you to spend quality time
with your daughter. Moreover
, after meals, I can also
help you with other work, if needed.
As I am also
a working woman, I have some free time
from 2nd June to 2nd July. Thus
, I am available during weekdays and weekends of the first two weeks, but in the subsequent two weeks, I will be occupied during my weekends, and can only visit during weekdays because of my job requirements. Kindly let me know whether my availability is not a matter of concern for you and fits well with your schedule. I can make changes to the schedule but do let me know in advance if the need persisted.
Hoping to get a positive response from your side and am eager to meet you in person.
Regards,
Manpreet Kaur
