I put my mind focused to take a deep breath, that I send messages to the subconscious “take a rest!”, It’s easy to talk about but hard to do. Occasionally I meditate 3 times daily in the morning, afternoon and evening before going to bed. The most interesting thing, after finishing the meditation you discover that you have been so frustrated and distracted, and you become too quiet and calm-tempered. It’s an absolutely helpful activity to clear up a mind and freshen intellectual. Constantly, I remember myself taking a five minutes meditation, whether I am busy at that time or not, and it’s become my best habit.

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
