Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing

letter to request you add more equipment and staff members to our local association

centre

located at Dundas Street. As you are already aware the adult population of our area is nearly 400, and almost all of them prefer going to the community

centre

in their leisure. Unfortunately, we have only one swimming pool and a tennis court currently

along with

limited gymnasium equipment.

Due to

high demand and limited sports, we are not always able to take part in our favourite sport. So, I request you on the behalf of all community members to add more sports like a football ground and badminton court.

, there are only two staff members present at one time at the

centre

. Sometimes it is hard for them to guide newcomers, especially in the evening time as they are already occupied with office work. It would be great if you hire some more volunteers to assist people.

Furthermore

, there is no other sporting

centre

nearby our residents where people can do their exercise to keep them fit and healthy. I believe exercise is crucial especially for adults to keep them motivated and relaxed. Adding new facilities will play a paramount role to maintain their health and spend some quality time with neighbours to cope with the stress.
