Dear Sir, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding your services as some of my belongings got damaged during the moving process.
This
incident is from the
last
month and I am attaching the receipt for the bill
along with
details of the move. Let me explain the situation, I got frustrated as I saw the scratch on my dining table when we were organising the new house, which looked like it got bumped into the truck wall
while
moving. Apart from that, one of my jugs from the crockery snapped in half which was precious to me as it was a birthday gift from my grandmother. Despite the fact that I am unhappy because of
this
damage, I do understand things happen,
however
, I would appreciate it if your company will compensate me and be extra cautious next time
while
dealing with the valuable stuff of people. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely, Dilpreet
