you recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, You find you had left some important papers at the hotel. write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter . say where you think you left the paper . explain why they are so important . tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam, I attended the meeting organised at your hotel on 24th January. Unfortunately, upon reaching home, I found out I left some important papers by mistake. I was in the conference hall throughout the day so I am suspecting that they should be still there if no one has picked them up yet. Those are my mark sheets and I would need those to apply for the job at any company and for proof to get any government identification.
Additionally
, the college I studied at is now closed so I won't be able to have duplicates of those mark sheets.
Therefore
, I would request you to send me those papers as soon as possible. I would bear the courier expense. You may find my address
at the end
. If by any chance those documents are not there in the hotel please let me know. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. Yours faithfully, Kishan
