Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about the accident that happened to me

week in one of your branches near Gold Star Shopping mall. My name is Mandeep Singh living in Block-D on Hall street near your supermarket. I usually visit your branch to buy some groceries for home.

week, I went there to buy some frozen meat with my friend. After picking up some frozen products, we were walking around the long-life products area. All of sudden a piece of broken glass hit my foot's bottom through my slide. It was part of the food glass container but we could not find the other parts of the container. Once, we looked behind the racks, the whole remaining was lying there. Immediately we rushed to the hospital and got some stitches. I would like to mention some points which can prevent these kinds of accidents in the future. Kindly hire some more cleaners to keep the whole area clean especially the backsides of the rack because it was too dirty once we found out the remaining.
