You are renting a flat from an agency. Your contract was for one year but you need to leave the flat two months early. Write a letter to the agency. In your letter • introduce yourself • ask to leave the flat before the contract finishes •explain why you need to break the contract.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing
this
to inform you about terminating the contract of a renting flat. I have booked the renting flat in Gandhinagar Area in May last
year. An agreement is in the name of Kishan Patel and is valid for a year. For the last
ten ,months I have been living here.
I know the agreement is for a year but I want to end the contract this
month which is two months earlier than the specified duration in the contract.
Unfortunately, I have been having a lot of disturbance from my neighbours lately. I tried to convey the same to them but the situation is not improving and all the efforts are in vain. In addition
to that, I have registered a complaint to your agency but no concrete actions have been taken. Due to
this
, I am suffering a lot and want to vacant the flat at the earliest.
I hope we can resolve this
promptly.
Yours faithfully,
KishanSubmitted by kishanpatel2550 on
