Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
to inform you about terminating the contract of a renting flat. I have booked the renting flat in Gandhinagar Area in May
last
year. An agreement is in the name of Kishan Patel and is valid for a year. For the
last
ten ,months I have been living here. I know the agreement is for a year but I want to end the contract
this
month which is two months earlier than the specified duration in the contract. Unfortunately, I have been having a lot of disturbance from my neighbours lately. I tried to convey the same to them but the situation is not improving and all the efforts are in vain.
In addition
to that, I have registered a complaint to your agency but no concrete actions have been taken.
Due to
this
, I am suffering a lot and want to vacant the flat at the earliest. I hope we can resolve
this
promptly. Yours faithfully, Kishan

Use cohesive linking words accurately and appropriately

Linking words are very important in your essay.

To score effectively on your IELTS exam, you should make an effort to implement short concise sentences coupled with linking words.

Almost every sentence in your essay should have a linking word of some sort.

In fact, the only sentences that can omit linking words are your background sentence and thesis.

Linking word examples:

  • firstly
  • secondly
  • thirdly
  • in additional
  • moreover
  • also
  • for example
  • for instance
  • therefore
  • however
  • although
  • even though
  • despite
