Dear Sir, Good day. Hope you are doing well. I would like to bring your notice that recently I have lost my university identity card. My name is Mike Morning star and I am studying at West Mountain University, North bay, London. As I said that I lost my ID card as I visited a local grocery market at 6:30 PM after my study hours at college yesterday.

In addition

, I went to the home appliances section by 7:00 PM and roamed around the market. So, until

then

I could see my card was with me.

Due to

the lack of time, I quickly finished my shopping and went to near bus stop to aboard the bus, which was heading towards to my hostel Mapple house at western hill street, London. I think during my journey from bus stop to hostel I have lost my identity badge, which has all my details

along with

my name, address, and registered number as well. So, in order to get a new poster please record my details and provide a clearence certificate, which will aid me to apply new badge. Hope you will consider my reuqest and do a favour for me. I would like to hear from you. Yours sincerely, Ravi.
