To begin
with, most of the educational systems are now running behind scoring high marks to get desired colleges rather than getting practical knowledge for their bright future.If they get pursue

in school, they will not suffer in their job.The pupils were more into theoretical knowledge than practical activities.To avoid
this
situation, all
students
must seek their management
skills
development by implementing seminars, lectures and games which will be more interactive towards the team.It will help them to learn communication, problem-solving, teamwork and cooperation in team assignments,leadership quality, and critical thinking among same-aged
students
which will boost their abilities to manage groups in the future ahead.They
also
can take internships with senior
students
will help them to learn a lot.

, the employer

should take responsibility to encourage their freshers by providing additional training during the probation period to improve themselves and it is

an individual's interest to enrich their qualities with their own effort. By summarizing, I strongly believe that lack of interpersonal

will not be the only reason for new employees there may be other reasons too. So

issue can be rectified by implementing practical activities to encourage the pupil's better outcomes before their graduation.
