letter to express my dissatisfaction in regard to the hotel where I stayed for three days and two nights booked by your company.
I took a trip to Goa on 15th March. Although
the location of the hotel was quite breathtaking, the service by the staff was very disappointing. The windows show a surrounding Valley view, which was the only good thing during my stay .
Regarding my experience, whenever I made a call to reception to give towels or coffee pouches, they ignored it. Even after making multiple attempts, they hardly bothered to fulfil my requirements. Apart from
