The administrator gets a higher income than normal
workers
in the
company
, some believe that the
directors
deserved the high salaries, and others argue that there should be the same criterion for all the staff.
This
essay will examine both sides of the argument, and present my opinion in the end. One of the reasons for the high salaries of
managers
is that they undertake more risk to the organization.
Directors
are responsible for dealing with the crisis of the
company
, which ordinary
workers
don't have to do.
For example
,
directors
must make necessary methods to save the
company
from the inflation problem.
Therefore
, the more responsibility
managers
have, the more money they should get. The main reason that people think the gap between
directors
and
workers
is unfair must be they think they work for the
company
as hard as those
directors
as well and are
also
a crucial part of the business. It is no doubt that a
company
is unable to run without those ordinary
workers
.
For example
, a car
company
will go bankrupt as soon as possible if all the assembly
workers
strike.
Thus
, it is reasonable that ordinary
workers
should get the same pay as their
managers
. In my opinion,
directors
should be paid more than
workers
because they have more responsibility and risk to face. When the
company
breaks down, the
workers
can easier to find another job if their skills are professional enough, but as for
directors
, they need more fortune to pay the mortgage and loan coming with bankruptcy, and they
also
need more foundation to restart their business. In conclusion, I believe that
directors
of organizations deserve higher salaries than ordinary
workers
. Because
managers
always have more responsibilities to make strategies and plans for the
company
's future carefully, even a small mistake will ruin the whole business possibly, though those
workers
also
play an important role in the
company
.
