 is that they undertake more risk to the organization.
Directors
 are responsible for dealing with the crisis of the

 don't have to do.

 must make necessary methods to save the

 from the inflation problem.
Therefore
, the more responsibility

 have, the more money they should get. The main reason that people think the gap between

 is unable to run without those ordinary

 will go bankrupt as soon as possible if all the assembly

Thus
, it is reasonable that ordinary

. In my opinion,

 should be paid more than
workers
 because they have more responsibility and risk to face. When the

 can easier to find another job if their skills are professional enough, but as for
directors
, they need more fortune to pay the mortgage and loan coming with bankruptcy, and they

 need more foundation to restart their business. In conclusion, I believe that
directors
 of organizations deserve higher salaries than ordinary
workers
. Because
managers
 always have more responsibilities to make strategies and plans for the
company
's future carefully, even a small mistake will ruin the whole business possibly, though those
workers
also
 play an important role in the
company
.
