Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing
this
to express my dissatisfaction with the services received at the airport. I took the flight from Ahmedabad to London with booking number AB123 on date 28th January this
year. The flight took off at 9:30 AM local time and landed at the airport in London at 6:30 PM local time.
However
, I was disappointed when I found that the check-in machines were not working properly and I had to stay in queue for almost an hour to get my boarding pass. Additionally
, baggage check-in process took almost two hours, which is very pathetic and highly unprofessional. This
made me feel tired and exhausted throught my flight and was not able to enjoy the travel.
Therefore
, I request you ensure that check-in machines are working properly and some additional back-up machines are available. In addition
to that, you could set up a mechanism to speed the process of baggage processing. These would help travellers to not get tired because of unnecessary chaos.
I hope you would consider my suggestions.
