you recently took an IELTS test and there some problems that you believe affected your score. write a letter to the British council or IDP. in your letter explain what happened say if other candidates were affected and explain what you would like the BC/IDP to do.
Dear Sir
I Write to inform you of some challenging situations that I experienced on the Scheduled IELTS test that affected my score
I wrote the
exam
on the 2nd of February 2023, at the University of Liverpool and my exam
number is A3-7325. Firstly
the Sound System and headphones that were provided for the Listening task were not loud, and this
made me unable to coordinate and put down my answers accurately ,Also
the temperature of the exam
was felt to be very hot as this
made it unconducive for such
tasking examination
However
, I was not the only one that experienced these, I found out after the exam
that the other candidates shared the same views as me and we already know that these problems were basically what led to our poor performances.
Nevertheless
, I would appreciate it if British Council could reschedule the exam
for a different task, provide us with efficient sound systems and headphones for Listening skills, and provide us with a conducive room for the next IELTS tests.
Thank you
Yours Faithfully
