Employers should give their staff at least 4 weeks' holiday every year to make them perform better at their jobs. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

People live in a fast-paced and competitive environment, and employers know how important it is to give their workers sufficient
time
off. Some believe that a minimum of 4
weeks
' break per year can improve job performance,
while
others argue that it is unnecessary. From my perspective, I fully agree that employers should give their staff at least four
weeks
of
time
off every year to help them perform better at their jobs.
First,
mental and physical workers should have at least four
weeks
' holidays to nurse their bodies and supplement sleep to improve immunity. Taking a break from
work
can reduce stress, improve mental health, and increase job satisfaction, leading to a more motivated workforce. Research has
also
shown that people are more productive when they return to
jobs

after a long holiday.
Secondly
, holidays can reunite employees with their families. They look after their children and provide meals for their family members. At the same
time
, they
also
have hours to recharge themselves and do what they want to do. Employees feel the company's care, They will effort harder than ever and take the initiative to produce overtime after being returned to
work
.
While
some argue that four
weeks
of holidays per year may be too much, it is remembered that employees need adequate
time
to rest and recuperate. Even though three
weeks
of vacation might seem like an amount, it might not be enough
time
to get away from
work
and relax.
On the other hand
, five
weeks
or more may be too long and cause anxiety or guilt at
work
, which could lead to poor job performance.
