You had a problem while staying at a hotel and the receptionist was very helpful. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter, – describe the problem that you had – explain how the receptionist helped you – suggest ways to prevent the problem from happening again.
Mr or Miss Manager ,
I am writing you
this
letter regarding the issue I had in my room. This
is my first time visiting this
place in Australia and I received many good comments about this
hotel.
But the last
night, I was in room 343 with my partner . We were about to have a shower and suddenly when we open the door of the bathroom , we found some quite big insects . I called the receptionist informing her what had happened. If she didn't change my room straight away, which I considered very logical and very helpful , I couldn't stay more days in this
hotel.
I know the weather here is tropical and could be some insects like this
but , I suggest being more careful about the rooms, checking and inspecting every space before a guest stay there to avoid this
situation happening again. I am really grateful to the receptionist which took the action as fast as possible without waiting too much longer.
Yours faithfully ,
