This is because women in our society are still facing many barriers to develop their careers, such as noncooperation in workplace or unsafe environment. To solve this problem, women should be inspired to emphasize on their careers and suitable workplace environment should be ensured.

Some individuals think children's behaviour has been worse standardized and also they believe that this is caused by parents' mistakes.
