You recently organized an all-day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food served for lunch. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter •Say what the participant liked about the hotel. •Explain why they were unhappy about the hotel. •Suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in the future.

Dear Sir,
My name is Amandeep Singh and I am writing
this
letter to express my disappointment about the food quality of your hotel. I have organised many meetings at your resort in the past but this
time the services of your resort were really disappointing.
I am a working professional from Barclays and we organise several events for our clients on a monthly basis. We have been associated with your firm for over a year now and thankfully we haven't heard any negative feedback from your hotel until now. The participants which stayed at your property were quite happy with the hospitality of your staff and they have highlighted this
point in the feedback form.
However
, there was one point worth noticing that I want to bring to your attention now. The meal options at your buffet were less and the quality of the meal was also
not adequate. I would like to bring to your attention that the quality of the meal is one of the major criteria for our company. It would be great if you can take certain steps in this
direction to improve the situation.
I have mentioned this
point already to the manager of your resort and he has assured me that strict action will be taken in this
regard. If you need any further
information please feel free to connect with me over email or phone.
Regards,
Amandeep.Submitted by caamandeepsinghsaluja on
