Tam. In the south of the bridge, there is a new yacht marina that has three berths that can be allotted to anchor the ships. On the east side of the

, the residential area has developed from just a few landed houses into multi-storey buildings along the riverside.

On the contrary

becomes greener. The greenery has grown in the south of the road to the city,
