Watching films and tv shows is approved as a better way to learn history but there is a gap between reality and perception. On the one hand, historical films may encourage people to study the truth behind the story have been shown to them. From the show, they become aware of some cultures, countries and historical facts, even though they can be untruth sometimes, and the curiosity on finding out accuracy is built on them.

, for the young generation video content are more reachable and more convenient to learn. Misleading information on historical movies starts to put them away from reality. In conclusion, gaining history knowledge through TV can be an easier method to memorize despite some plot holes in movies.
