The two maps show an extensive view of the geographic transitions that took place in Stokeford over a span of eighty years from 1930 to 2010. In general, it appears that Stokeford has transitioned most of its farmlands into a large residential area in the northeastern
as well as
the southwestern area of the main street. The in eastern part of the village, from four houses that laid parallel to the street back in 1930 , five additional houses were added with a small lane extending between them in 2010. The primary school remained in the same location in both years,
however
, two large homes were annexed right next to it. From what used to be the gardens in 1930, it has transformed into a retirement home after eight decades. Along the southeastern roadway, a couple of houses were developed compared to the empty ground area. On the western side of the village, shops that existed in the early days were demolished and transformed into homes. The farmlands to the east of the river have been converted into homes for more than fifteen families. Throughout the periods, the post office still functioned in the exact location
