Dear Mr Wilson, I am writing

letter to avail the company benefit to travel to Thailand

along with

my family so that I can recharge myself and come back fresh. Earlier I was having some financial challenges, I could not take my wife on a honeymoon

last

year after our marriage. Since now I have completed 5 years with the company, I am eligible for the all-expense-paid trip which I would like to utilize for

this

much-needed vacation. I am planning to take 5 days holiday during which I will stay a couple of nights in Bangkok and three nights in Phuket.

Although

I don't expect any work-related challenges next month, I will ensure that there is a backup to the project work during my absence. If there will be any issues during my unavailability, my colleague should be able to handle the situation as the transition already started
