Dear Sir Burak: I am writing to thank you and your staff for making our event so special
last
night. Actually, I made a reservation for fifteen people two days ago. We were excited about the fact that we could find tables for
such
a large group, especially in

a reputable restaurant. In fact, all of my guests had a great time
due to
the tasty food, pleasant atmosphere, and perfect live musical performance. Each member of your staff was extremely attentive, reacted promptly to any requests, and was kind and friendly. The only thing that I would suggest changing in order to make everything even better is the air conditioning system. Unfortunately, the hall was airless and hot by the end of the evening, and some of my guests could not stay there. Thank you again for your work. We have been your regular clients since that day and will definitely attend your restaurant again. Yours sincerely, Sinan Y
