Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you with regard to the announcement about volunteering for the organisation of events for charity.
I would like to inform you that I am willing to spend a part of my free time supporting your project.
I would like to state that I have tremendous experience in event organisation, as it is actually related to my job. In my current full-time job, I do it frequently, as we organise exhibitions that attract visitors from other countries. I always do my best to make their visit full of memorable trips
as well as
positive and valuable communication. I believe that in this
job, everything should be planned thoroughly, and the organiser should be ready for unexpected circumstances.
The amount of time that I am able to spend on this
project is two hours a day during business days and four to five hours on weekends.
Looking forward to your response.
Yours faithfully,
