Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inquire about the availability of suitable accommodation for my family, as we are planning to move to your city soon. My name is Muhammad Rizwan Shaukat, and I am an Electrical Engineer, and I will be moving with my spouse and two children.
Firstly
, we are looking for a house
that will be comfortable for our family, with at least three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. We would also
like a house
with a garden or backyard where our children can play.
Secondly
, we hope to find a house
that is
located in a safe and family-friendly neighborhood, with easy access to schools, supermarkets, parks, and other amenities. Ideally, the house
should be within a reasonable distance from my workplace.
However
, our budget is flexible, but we would prefer to stay within 1500 pounds per month. We are willing to consider both furnished and unfurnished properties, and we are open to a long-term lease.
Lastly
, if you have any properties that fit our requirements, we would love to hear more about them. Please let us know the availability, rental price, and any additional information that would be useful. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Yours Sincerely,
Muhammad Rizwan ShaukatSubmitted by rizwan.shaukat969 on

Structure your letter
A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:
- A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
- The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
- A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)
When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.
All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
