On a recent holiday you lost a valueable item. Fortunately you have travel insurance to cover the cost of anything lost. Write a lettr to the manager of your insurance company. In your letter
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing
this
letter to you to let you know that I lost an expensive item during my trip to Vancouver a week ago.
My name is Heena Chadda and I lost my laptop on the flight from Toronto to Vancouver. The laptop was made of MacBook Pro and the approximate value is $1700.
In fact, I held it in my left hand while
standing in the queue for immigration purposes and I was on the phone and suddenly somebody took my laptop away and I even didn't realise that since I look at it. After that, I informed the airport security regarding this
issue and they told me they will check the CCTV cameras and let me know the details later.
As I am a policyholder in your company and would like to claim my policy on the lost item as soon as possible.
I kindly request you to look into the matter and do the needful.
Thank you for this
letter and expect a positive reply from your end.
