I write in respect of a purchase I made in your store, Immaculate Clothings, on Friday, 12th May 2023 with invoice number 435607, generated by Miss Kelechi, containing a white long-sleeve shirt and black trousers.
First I want to commend you, the quality of service you offer is of a great standard, delivering my purchase in record time.
However
, there is a little challenge, I use and ordered a large-size white shirt and band 36 black trousers which is what I received, but the shirt is quite small around the chest region while
the zip for the trouser is bad.
I am having a presentation on 15th May 2023 and that is
our dress code for the program. I will really appreciate it if a replacement can be sent to me before the end of business today.
