Task-2 : You are residing in a college hostel and hostel management has decided to upgrade the security in and around the campus. The management has sent out an opinion survey to see what residents would like to have a new security measure. Upgradation by hostel managment: Option A: New HD Night vision camera covering the area around the hostel. Option B: Installing biometric locks on the doors.

I personally feel that introducing biometric locks on our campus is the most suitable security measure in and around campus. Though the other choice is almost equally appealing, I would explain a couple of reasons to justify my choice.
To begin
with, arranging access controls on doors will have access restrictions to the prohibitions and authorized people only can enter permissible zones.
Moreover
, hostel management can extract present, and past day's data and figure out if any unauthorized access has been noted in case of any issue.
Additionally
, there is no need to monitor biometric data continuously because the administrator will receive an alert if some unusual behaviour is noticed and action can be taken immediately.
However
, in

of night vision cameras continuous monitoring is required and one has to view the recording at that particular time which will consume more time to figure out the issue. Considering all the above points, I am of the opinion that biometric locks on doors would be a more beneficial and convincing choice when compared with night vision cameras.
