This essay will explore how old people can be beneficial and provide relevant explanations.

Many employees have their own reason why they go to work. Yet, the issue on whether a high salary can drive people to work has been exposed recently where some voices are also vocal about job satisfaction. However, I personally disagree with job satisfaction idea due to the argument that basically people earn money to fulfil financial needs and personal motivation.

There has been a tremendous increase in the number of invdividuals questioning whether older poeple should leave their saving to their children. From my perspective, this will not only teach their children to work hard and achieve their dreams, but also they deserve to be rewarded for their hard work.
