This
chart illustrates data about of percentage of homeowners and tenants among UK young Citizenship.
Overall
, from 2004 to 2014 The number of English youth that were landlords steadily decreased
on the other hand
the rate of leaseholders gradually increased in mentioned decade. It can be seen in 2004 almost 60% of adolescents had their own building and after 5 years the percentage of owners gradually lessened to nearly 45% in 2009,
then
reduced again to a little above 35% in 2014,
otherwise
, the chart shows that the rate of house renters reversed, started 20% in first given years
then
whit a modest sloped rise to lower than 50% in 2014. The changes in renters have clearly been more than the owners of the houses. Can be summarised that UK people aged between 24 to 34 in terms of home occupation over the mentioned period of time become more tenants than landowners, in the given decade the rate of renters became two and half times and flat partners halved.
