you have organised to go on a holiday with your friend. however you must change your plans. write a letter to tell how much you look forward to the plan. why you must change your plans and suggest alternative arrangement.

Dear Annie, I hope
this
letter finds you well. I am writing
this
letter to let you know that there is a change of plans for the holiday we planned
last
month. It’s been almost two years since we couldn’t meet
due to
the ongoing pandemic.
Therefore
, I am so excited to meet you for our upcoming vacation and I have a bunch of things to share with you about the ups and downs of my life. I am really expecting to spend a refreshing time with you in Singapore soon. Unfortunately,
due to
an urgent situation at my work, I am afraid we will have to adjust our plan a little bit.
This
is because my manager needs to take an emergency medical leave and I need to back him up for a week.
Instead
of flying on 1st June, I suggest we travel a week later. So that we should be able to enjoy our time off with a calm mind. I hope things to be better within that time. Let me know if the plan suits you and I can take care of all the alternatives we decide on. Hoping to hear from you. Lots of love, Ella
