to express my utter disappointment over the kind of service I have received

while

staying at the "Altruist Business Hotel" where all my accommodation has been taken care of by you. I was in Bengaluru on the 24th of

month for an important meeting. As you know that my company is collaborating with one of the top tech companies and that meeting could lead to many positive enhancements for me, that experience was completely disrupted because of the place you have chosen for me to stay. As ,usual I got ready on time for the meeting and have taken the elevator all of a sudden there was a power outage and the most horrifying fact is that, the hotel does not have a power backup. I was in the elevator for close to 30 minutes. There was nobody in the reception when I tried to call out for some help. All my efforts were in vain. I ended up being late for the meeting, which was very embarrassing for me. I would like to suggest you to please look into the reviews

while

you are making any reservations for the guests, as the one which I stayed at had awful reviews. I would

urge you to take some action, so
