Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter to report about some transport systems problem at Cherry station. A couple of months ago, I was late for work because your
bus
came late to the station. I live in Cherry which is a rural area in Korea. Usually, the
bus
schedules have only 5 times so if I miss the
bus
, I have to wait for 2 hours to take a
bus
. It is very uncomfortable for commuters ,especially some people who have to go to the urban area. It is a very important factor for commuters. When they go to work at 9am, they should take a
bus
right away. If they do not get on the
bus
at the correct time, they have to use a Uber, so it is fairly waste of money and energy to them. To address
this
problem, I strongly recommend that you can make more
bus
schedule and provide various transfer vehicles to citizens. I am looking forward to getting good news from your
bus
company and using the extended
bus
schedule. Thank you. Yours sincerely, Hwi Ju Jin.
