Dear Sir, I am writing

letter to lodge a complaint about a piece of equipment I purchased from your shop

last

month.

To begin

with the problem, the computer monitor I have purchased is not displaying the pictures clearly, and sometimes the screen keeps blinking. Earlier in the day, there was an awful smell emitted from the monitor, and an electrical shortage happened inside it.

Furthermore

, the monitor is consuming electricity more than it is intended to.

Therefore

, I am assuming a significant problem exists with

this

equipment. As I am working from home, I am highly dependent on the performance of

this

equipment.

Due to

this

malfunction, I am unable to complete an important report

that is

due today.

Furthermore

, during the

last

week, certain numbers that were displayed on the monitor were inaccurate, and I submitted an incorrect report to my Director.

Therefore

, a lot of negative comments were made about me. In order to rectify

problem, I would highly appreciate it if you could provide me with a new monitor to do my work, because at the moment finding a replacement is a hard task.
