The charts below give information on the ages of the populations of Yemen and Italy in 2000 and projections for 2050.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The four pie charts illustrate the populations of Yemen and Italy based on their age which is divided into three categories (0-14
years
old, 15-59
years
old, and 60+
years
old) in 2020 and projections for the next 50
years
, 2050.
Overall
, in 2020 the majority of the population in Yemen was children category (0-14
years
old),
while
it was the
second
group
(15-59) in Italy.
However
, the projection for 2050 has shown significant changes in both countries. In Yamen, the majority of people are predicted from the
second
group
whereas
in Italy the
second
and third
group
almost has the same percentage. Looking into the details, half of the percentage came from the children
group
in Yemen and there was only a difference of 4% with the
second
group
(15-59), but there was a huge range with the third
group
since they only had around 3%. Meanwhile, in projection, the rates from the
second
group
will incline to more than 50%.
In contrast
, the population from the first
group
will decline by around 13% and the elder
group
will increase by 2%. In Italy, the
second
group
was the highest proportion from the community with 61,6%, followed by the third and first groups with 24,1 % and 14,3% respectively.
Furthermore
, the projection has shown a different rate from the past. The percentage from the
second
group
and first
group
was reduced to 46,2% and 11,5%.
On the other hand
, the elder
group
rose by 42,3%.
