Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about the ceasar chicken salads I bought from you a few days ago. I am Maria Do, a loyal customer of your supermarket, especially the deli counter. I went to your store to buy some ready-made food for my family’s celebration. All of the food was scrumptious except the Ceasar chicken salads. When I opened the boxes, they smelled.
Although
they were earlier than the expired dates, the chicken meat was saggy and the lettuce was rotten. All our family members were disappointed and the party lacked fun because they all loved your salad recipe. I enclose the receipt for your convenience. It was on Mother's Day afternoon, and the total bill was $300.
Such
poor quality food was really dangerous for our health. I wonder what would have happened if we had eaten them.
Therefore
, I would like to know your supermarket’s policy regarding my complaint. I look forward to receiving your response. Yours faithfully, Maria Do
