In recent days, a topic has aroused heated discussions in society: the idea that social
skills
 are as important as
diplomas
 in achieving success in one's career. Some people believe that social
skills
 are not as important as
diplomas
 and
therefore
 not necessarily successful in their careers,

 others hold the opposite view. In my opinion, I agree that social
skills
 are as important as
diplomas
 in making people successful in their careers. On the one hand, having good social
skills
 can provide a
person
 with access to more information.
For instance
, he can learn about business opportunities and market conditions before others, allowing him to make decisions earlier than his competitors.

 can lead to significant benefits for the company,

 as earning substantial profits.

 with strong social
skills
 can better communicate with other colleagues, can have a clear division of labour on cooperative projects, and good communication and negotiation among colleagues can make work more efficient.
On the other hand

skills
 are strong, but his professional knowledge is lacking, which will make him unable to handle complex tasks better, so he cannot perform better than other colleagues in the company, and

 he will be promoted and raised There may be fewer employees than other employees, so it will be difficult for him to achieve career success
